RETURNS POLICY:
Mistakes can happen. Faxed order acknowledgements are sent within 24 hours for order confirmation. This is done to insure that the order has been placed and processed correctly. Please review this acknowledgment upon receipt. In the event that there is an error, please contact AFT immediately. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Return items may be subject to a 20% restocking charge and all freight charges incurred. Orders for special items cannot be cancelled or returned (NRI) some exceptions may apply. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days.
