FiberBrite sign panels can be shipped UPS or motor freight. Pallets are top and bottom & corner protected. All pallets are triple banded and front-end loaded. Full sheets ship motor freight class 60, with a maximum pallet weight of 2500 lb. Cut sizes are carton wrapped, corner protected and shipped UPS whenever possible.. Special priority handling as well as specific carriers may be requested. These requests must be stated in writing when placing orders. Orders are shipped FOB ORIGIN unless otherwise stated.

Carriers are liable for any damage that results during transport so always inspect cartons pallets for any damage prior to releasing your driver. If damage has occurred report it to the carrier immediately. If you suspect damage, inspect while driver is present and insist that a notation be made on freight bill if damage is found. Note that damage to contents may not always be obvious, so if shipping container or packaging is damaged but contents appear to be fine, have delivering driver make notation of external damage on freight bill. Do not refuse any shipment or part of shipment due to damage. In the event of a claim, it is a good policy to save all packing materials.
